Noy was a Podling village located near Aughra's observatory. It was lead by Hakmeena during the late Age of Harmony, and was heavily damaged during the earthquake which followed the Great Division.[1] Its destruction was completed by the Makraks during the Makrak crisis, forcing its inhabitants to seek refuge in Spriton territory.[2]
