A Firefast, or Firefasting was a way to share memories preformed by the Firelings by touching hands, much like the Dreamfast of the Gelfling. Due to their nature, Firelings could also initiate a Firefast with ordinary flames. The origin of the Firefast was mostly unknown, other than that the first fireling Cindrah was able to preform it.[1] Kensho was the first known Gelfling to be able to firefast.[2]
